Customer service and Dispatch coordinator
Job Location: In person at our facility in Baltimore, MD.
Job Hours: This is a full-time, salaried position. Monday through Friday schedule.
Starting Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 / year

We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our wholesale and distribution customers receive accurate, timely deliveries and that our internal teams stay aligned. A successful candidate will be comfortable with routine daily processes while also adapting to new challenges as they arise.
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to input customer orders and confirm order details
Create accurate invoices for wholesale and distribution orders
Ensure customers can place orders seamlessly through all ordering channels (email, online portal, phone, etc.)
Troubleshoot customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, or product availability
Communicate with delivery drivers to facilitate proper route execution and prompt resolution of any issues
Build optimized truck routes for next‑day deliveries by sequencing stops according to assigned delivery days, customer time restrictions, and overall route efficiency
Case‑check pallets of product for next‑day deliveries to ensure accuracy
Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
MUST be able to lift 40lbs - you may be lifting cases of beverages and checking pallets
Outstanding communication and customer service skills - you will regularly interact with customers, drivers, and the Sales Team
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and routing
Ability to be self-directed once trained on processes and systems
Adaptable to changing environments
Ability to learn our technical applications - Slack, Ekos, and Workwave (training provided)
Skills and experience that are not required, but we would like to hear about if you have them:
Logistics or route-planning experience
Inventory or warehouse operations experience
